I had a stay at this hotel that had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and nice, but I was a bit bothered by the noise from the lobby. The service wasn't great, as it seemed like they were understaffed. On the bright side, the location was perfect for enjoying the beach and nearby restaurants. Overall, it was a decent experience but not without its hiccups.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the friendly staff and beautiful courtyard were definite highlights, the noise from the busy nearby streets and less-than-spotless rooms left something to be desired. The location is great for access to the beach, but the facilities, especially the pool and dining options, seemed to need better upkeep. Overall, the hotel has potential but could use significant improvements in some areas.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, it's located right in the heart of Waikiki, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. However, the accommodations desperately need a makeover and were quite noisy. For $150 a night, I expected more comfort and amenities like toiletries in the room, which weren't provided.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were somewhat cramped and surprisingly noisy, despite being on different ends of the wing. At $150 per night, I felt it was a bit overpriced, especially since basic amenities like a toothbrush and razor were missing.
Service
6.0
The service was inconsistent. While the staff was friendly and persevering, they often forgot our orders and brought the bill prematurely, which made me feel rushed.
Location

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Waikiki with easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars. However, the noise from the street and lobby was intrusive at times.
Dining

I had a lovely honeymoon at this hotel, which is located directly on Waikiki Beach and offers stunning views. The rooms were nice, though we did have a door to the adjoining room that compromised our privacy a bit. The service was a mixed bag; while some staff were super helpful, others seemed less engaged. Overall, it's a fantastic location but a little pricey for the amenities and privacy.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were decent and provided a great view of the ocean, but we had an adjoining door that was not soundproof and not locked, which was a little concerning.

While the rooms were quite small, they were beautifully clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the dining experience left something to be desired. Overall, a great place to enjoy the beach, though the room size might be a downside for some.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located on Waikiki Beach. The rooms were spacious and very clean, but unfortunately, the view wasn't great. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the amenities added a nice touch. On the downside, the dining options weren't always available, and some noise from outside was noticeable. Overall, it was a solid experience, just not without its issues.

I had a decent stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and offered a nice partial ocean view, but the service left a lot to be desired, varying from very helpful to quite frustrating. Dining options were hit or miss, mostly good but with some mediocre moments. Overall, while there were some negatives, the great location and room quality made it worthwhile.

7.6/10

The hotel has a wonderful location right in the heart of Waikiki, making it easy to access the beach and local attractions. The staff embodies the friendly Aloha spirit, which truly enhances the experience. However, the rooms don’t fully match the advertised photos, and I found the dining options to be somewhat unremarkable. Overall, I felt it was a decent value for money despite some areas needing improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are reasonable in size but not quite like the pictures portrayed, and mine had a partial beach view due to a palm tree in front.
Service
8.0
The staff did a fantastic job of maintaining that friendly Aloha spirit and were very helpful, though they struggled a bit with some management logistics.
Location
9.0
The location is unbeatable, right on Waikiki Beach, though I did encounter some construction that obscured sunset views.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were okay, with some different hot pot dishes available, but overall, it felt a bit underwhelming.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities at the hotel were decent, but the pool area was quite crowded, making it hard to find lounge chairs without additional costs.

7.2/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful, being the first resort built on Waikiki with great sunset views. However, the amenities felt a bit dated and the room included a shower over the bath, which wasn't the most pleasant setup. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable overall.

Rooms
6.0
The room had a shower over the bath and the shower pressure wasn't great, making it a somewhat less enjoyable experience.
Service
9.0
The staff was always accommodating to my needs and went above and beyond at every turn, which really made a difference during my stay.
Location
8.0
The hotel is in a perfect spot, beautiful surroundings, and offers great sunset views, but it does feel somewhat small.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were sufficient, with a wide range of choices, although I found myself being quite selective to avoid overindulgence.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities felt a bit dated, which impacted my overall experience, but still had some redeeming features.

7.8/10

The hotel has a great location right on the beach and near popular dining spots, which I really appreciated. The rooms are decent with a very comfortable king bed and spacious balcony offering nice views. However, the facilities might show some wear and tear, considering the price we paid. Also, I found the beach lounges to be quite pricey at $35.

Rooms
7.0
The room was of a reasonable size with a big balcony that offered views of both the ocean and the city. The king bed was very comfortable, but I feel the room decor was a bit tired for the price.
Service
9.0
The staff was super helpful and polite, always ready to assist us and make our anniversary vacation special. They really added a bright touch to our stay.
Location
10.0
The location is fantastic, right on the beach and very close to great places like the Cheesecake Factory, making it a convenient spot for dining and shopping.
Dining
6.0
Dining under the banyan tree was nice, but overall the food didn't quite meet my expectations, especially when compared to Australian standards.
Facilities
7.0
While the pool and common areas were nice, other facilities felt a bit outdated, which was not ideal given the price.
